On the thirtieth Reykjavik Marathon, which was held on August 24th, 2013, the Honors Club was created. Those that had either completed 10 marathons or half marathons were inducted to the Marathon Honors Club and presented with certificates when completing 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 runs in each category.
